En pratiquant l'escalade, on risque surtout des tendinites aux avants bras... mais seulement si on force trop et trop souvent, sans bien s'échauffer. Cela permet de travailler les bras, le dos, les jambes..... et tout le corps en fin de compte... la concentration aussi.... je pense que c'est un excellent complément pour le tir à l'arc.
