    Au départ j'imaginais les deux branches en long avec leur forme de contour donnée par le moule et à séparer ensuite au niveau des poupées. Mais mouler des rectangles c'est suremement plus simple et tant qu'à redécouper tout le contour autant qu'elles aient la même courbure. :) Merci pour ta reponse qui m'éclaire bien.

    Bon je vais laissé tombé l'alu si je puis dire, et toujours dans un esprit de minimum "d'usinage" je vais creuser du coté des lamellé-collé (il y a matière à lire ce sujet).

    Une fois le moule fais, ca à l'air d'être moin de boulot pour sortir plusieur branche pour faire des essais et ajustement...

    il me vient déjas une question, pour faire une paire de branche qui s'équilibre toute seule (héhé ;) ou presque ), le mieux c'est de faire un moule pour une branche et l'utiliser deux fois avec un nombre de couche de fibre et de résine et des parametres de cuissons les plus proche possible, ou l'autre solution de mouler la paire en une fois puis coupée apres cuisson , mais avec la contrainte d'un moule deux fois plus grand et surtout d'une symétrie irréprochable? L'industriel choisira la 2ème solution mais du point de vu de l'amateur qu'en pensez vous?

    Pour déterminer l'angle de l'arc tu as procédé par tatonnement/éssais ou tu as pris l'angle en position armé?

    Pour les dimentions de ta crosse tu es partie sur de savants calculs en fonction de ta morphologie ou au feeling?

    l'arc a une méchante charnière au milieu, tillering à revoir :107: :109:

    Ouaip elle a pas l'air très fonctionnelle, c'est dommage...

    Mais ca donne de bonnes idées pour faire mieux que nos amis russes (puisque que les photos vienne de la bas)

    Qu'as tu pris comme matière de base pour faire les axes et le boitier? il y a du pliage ou juste du soudage?

    J'ai ajouter entre autres quelques liens sur les chu ko nu, j'aimerai bien trouver celui de la personne qui en a fait une petite qui lance des allumettes (un post y fait allusion ici mais je ne le trouve plus, mais celui qui en a parler doit bien savoir :wub: )

    Ouaip c'est clair il manque les rubriques (ou sous-rubrique) Les réalisations des membres du forum les mécanismes les arcs etc

    toute ces choses qui peuvent être pratique (mais pour le moment je dois me consacrer à de basses besognes (ménagères) :05: .

    Je ne suis toujours pas sur que ce soit 1 seul mécanisme... par contre je viens de capter le systeme qui empeche les tirs a vide avec le cliquet baissé quand il n'y a pas de carreau qui doit retenir la corde

    1ere image sécurité retirée, carreau en place, détente actionnée

    2éme image sécurité en place, la détente qui a du être actionnée est bloquée, mais comme il n'y a pas de carreau la corde est resté bloqué par le "cliquet"

    Par contre ce qui m'échappe, c'est qu'il y a deux systemes de noix différent apparement...
